Etiquette

Salon CTI of Appleton is designed as a sanctuary for the senses, an escape from everyday distractions.  We would appreciate it if you could please switch your cellular phones and electronic devices off (or to silent mode) upon arrival and keep conversations appropriate.

Children

Children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. If you have an appointment longer than 30 minutes we ask that you do not bring small children with you.

Dogs/ANIMALS

We love all animals but due to hygiene and safety guidelines, we do not allow dogs or other animals on the premises unless they are certified service animals and have the indication and papers to show.

Payment Policies

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. All prices are quoted in US dollars. We require a minimum of 24 hours on cancellations. Cancellations received after that time will be charged a cancellation fee and no-shows will be charged 50% of the appointment amount.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time to ensure you get the most benefit from your appointment.  Arriving late may make it necessary to limit time for your treatment so the next guest is not delayed.

Parking

Parking can be found at the main salon entrance.

Medical Conditions

Certain medications may cause the results of your service to be effected. Please note that it is incumbent on you to notify us in advance of any condition which might affect your service.

Smoking and Drinking

The Salon is a non-smoking facility and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited.

Valuables

We do not assume any liability for personal items and recommend you leave valuables at home.

Gift CARDS

The perfect gift for a loved ones or colleague, our Gift cards are available for any service or for the purchase of retail. Amounts can be customized. They do not expire* . They can be bought by calling the salon or by stopping in. Gift Cards must be presented at the time of check out or at the time of purchasing retail products. Please note that all our Gift Cards are non-refundable if lost or stolen.
