I’M RUNNING LATE – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please give us a call at (920) 731-9396 and let us know! We try to be as accommodating as we possibly can. If you are running more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule or adjust your services accordingly.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to fill your spot with a guest from our waiting list. For NEW color guests we require a credit card be kept on file in the event you miss your appointment. Appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee to compensate your stylist for their time.
HOW DO I CHOOSE A STYLIST?
Check out our TEAM page and see who you connect with - each stylist has their own unique skill set and passions! Browse our Instagram and see who's putting out the color you want. If you're still stuck, give us a call! One of our salon coordinators will be more than happy to make recommendations.
WHY DO SOME STYLISTS HAVE HIGHER PRICING?
Our salon operates on a career path level system from Level 1 to Level 4A. Levels are assigned based on several factors including years of experience, advanced education and clientele demand. All stylists have been through an extensive amount of training before working with any Salon CTI and Day Spa guests.
WHAT COLOR LINES DO YOU USE?
We use Redken and Pureology. Within our lines, we have ammonia-free, PPD-free, and peroxide-free options. Talk to your stylist about your hair goals and we'll find the right color line for you!
HOW MUCH ARE EXTENSIONS?
Extension pricing varies depending on your desired results. If you just need to add a little volume or a pop of color to specific areas, pricing is considerably less than if you want to add length all over. Average pricing is typically between $400 – $1500+. There is no way to give you an accurate estimate without seeing your hair and talking to you about your hair goals. Anyone interested in extensions should book a complimentary consultation with one of our extension specialists.
I DON'T LOVE MY HAIR!
Bummer! It is our goal for every client to love their hair when they get "CTI-ified" If you're having an issue with the color or cut you've received please call us within 48 hours of your appointment.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
We love dogs, but by law we cannot allow animals inside the salon unless, of course, it is a certified service dog.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD?
We love children too, but... let’s be honest, this appointment should be all about you!
